Hey! Thank you coming here to read the blog! I follow the below things that I would like to share with you! I understand it doesn't go well for all, however, it may motivate you to form your own timetable and list of activities that you can carry on during your day. When we multi-task especially when one has a family to care for, it can take a toll over our health and mental well-being. (I usually multi-task between work, studies, side hustle, hobbies & courses that I always like to take up. I can't give up on any! Very difficult!) Here are some tips that I follow since few years now and still going: Mind & Body : I try to give time for exercise & meditation, even if its just 10 mins which I know is not justice. For me it is the biggest achievement. Hence, I don't fall into word trap created by others and create my own guidelines.
