Internship is a very crucial part of your academics in MAPC
STEPS:-
STEP 8: START THE INTERNSHIP
After receiving approval, you may start your internship.
STEP 9: FORMAT OF REPORT WRITING
Format of Report for MPCE015/025/035 is shared separately in IGNOU guidelines. REMEMBER, each one has separate format. Please check thoroughly.
STEP 10: SUBMISSION AND FURTHER DETAILS

STEP 1: Read the Internship Guidelines
STEP 2: UNDERSTANDING YOUR SUBJECT
You have to carry on the internship as per the subject selected Clinical/Counselling/Organizational. Make sure the topics to be covered by the Organization, fit your requirement.
STEP 3: FIND INTERNSHIP ORGANIZATION
You will find lot of them online. However not all will fit in the IGNOU criteria. After you select the appropriate one, go to the next step.
List of Organizations mentioned on Page No:5 (5.0 para)
If required, share the guidelines with the Organization on email in a separate document (copy relevant content from full PDF of Internship Guidelines)
STEP 5: REFERENCE LETTER SUBMISSION
Reference letter is to the representative from selected Organization, that you have selected an Internship and approve their interest.
Email 1:
You will require a signature of the Academic Counsellor for the same (A Professor will be assigned from your college/study center).
Send an email or ask them personally regarding this. Purpose: Reference Letter for internship.
(If asked by the counsellor) Fill the form:
Fill in the details in the Reference Letter word document. In the document, To: is the mentor from the selected Organization.
Send an email to the Academic Counsellor and get the signature required for the document in the attachment
Email 2:
After the signature is received, add it on the form and send this document to the Mentor from the selected Organization.

This format is provided by IGNOU.
a)Share it with your Organization on email.
b) Ask them to create a proposal for you (using same format) in your name and email it to you.
c) After receiving the email, check the details if they are as per the format you had shared with them.
d) Inform them if any edits required before finalizing on the Internship Proposal Document

TO BE FILLED BY THE STUDENT: The format is provided by IGNOU, fill in your details as required.
2. INTERNSHIP PROPOSAL
(REFER STEP 6) TO BE PROVIDED BY THE INTERNSHIP ORGANIZATION YOU ARE CHOOSING.
3. REFERENCE LETTER
(REFER STEP 5) FOR THE SUPERVISOR OF YOUR INTERNSHIP
SUPERVISOR /MENTOR FROM THE ORGANIZATION WILL SEND THIS EMAIL TO YOUR STUDY CENTER COUNSELLOR EMAIL.
ONE ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR FROM YOUR COLLEGE WILL BE ASSIGNED AND YOU WILL REQUIRE THEIR SIGNATURE ON THIS DOCUMENT.
4. CONSENT LETTER
TO BE SIGNED BY ANY REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE INTERNSHIP ORGANIZATION. TAKING THEIR CONSENT TO CONTINUE THIS INTERNSHIP.
They will revert back after signing the Consent
TO EMAIL: Will be provided in the Internship Guidelines (Handbook).
CC EMAIL: Counselor, RC branch, Study Center/College email
CHECK THESE DETAILS FROM YOUR STUDY CENTER
SUBJECT: (Ready Email format provided in the download link)
KIND NOTE:
Approval should be received in 2-3 days. Please send reminder email if not received.
